At the conductor's desk of the Ural Symphony Youth Orchestra is one of the most sought-after young British  conductors - Oliver Zeffman. He assisted the great maestros, and now he conducts the London Chamber Orchestra. He gets invited to new productions of the Mariinsky Theater, to prestigious European festivals and he speaks excellent Russian!
