Dialogues. Myaskovsky and Prokofiev

The series of Dialogues is continued by Russian music critic Olga Rusanova and her interlocutor – the British composer Gabriel Prokofiev. Gabriel recalls his father mentioning the close friendship of Sergei Prokofiev with Nikolai Myaskovsky, and reflects on their correspondence and memoires. The speakers discuss the very special relationship of the two talented people, their mutual support, the objective criticism and the utmost honesty towards each other.
